Welcome to my training page. Im doing this mainly to keep a record of what iv done through the year and hopefully years to come. So i know where im up to and what works and what doesnt! Also going to post any relevant info i come across. Im a novice and Im far from an expert but i hope one day to become qualified and be an expert in the mean time hope it helps people.

Good first day in my new job at The David Lloyd Cheshire Oaks. Just finding my feet but it seems really good and the start to a promising career in the industry!
Training has been a bit inconsistent last few days i will do some tomorrow. I think the focus will be mainly on conditioning for a week or so again i really just want to get my fitness to the high standard it was before i start introducing other elements! So it will probably be back to basics but im really looking forward to having access to a state of the art gym!
